Compensation

  • Salary Range $111K – $150K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

This U.S. based, full-time position offers the above base salary range + equity + benefits + bonus incentive plan roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The People Business Partner (Manager) will play a critical role in supporting leaders and employees within our organization by aligning people strategies with business objectives. This position is both strategic and hands-on, providing full-cycle HR support while ensuring an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience supporting a manufacturing population and a strong foundation in employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.


Job Summary:

Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to mid-level and frontline leadership, providing HR guidance on workforce planning, team structure, and performance optimization.

  • Partner with managers to identify people-related needs and implement appropriate solutions that support a high-performing work environment.

  • Support the integration of people practices with operational goals to improve business performance.


Talent Management & Development

  • Support the execution of performance management programs that foster continuous feedback and career development.

  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to support onboarding and growth initiatives.


Organizational Effectiveness

  • Assist in managing organizational change efforts, including communications and transition planning.

  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and implement opportunities for team effectiveness.

  • Leverage data and HR metrics to support decisions and continuous improvement.


Culture & Employee Experience

  • Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and respect aligned with company values.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring fair resolutions.

  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.


HR Operations

  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver seamless HR programs and services.

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment laws and company standards.

  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and evolving legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR business partner or generalist role.

  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred.

  • Prior experience supporting and managing a manufacturing population is required.

  • Solid understanding of HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

  • Working knowledge of employment laws, specifically California and HR compliance requirements.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools preferred.
