About This Opportunity

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter to join us as our Strategic Initiatives Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to learn directly from experienced founders while working on projects that drive real growth.

This role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position leading and owning partnerships, special projects, and new business initiatives at Because. For the right person, this could grow into a critical leadership role shaping how we reach and serve millions of customers.

You’ll work directly with our two co-founders — both experienced operators and entrepreneurs — gaining hands-on experience in business building, strategy, and growth execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Research, identify, and connect with potential partners
  • Explore non-traditional customer acquisition channels beyond digital advertising
  • Create, test, and launch new partnership and growth initiatives
  • Develop outreach strategies, partnership pitches, and relationship management plans
  • Work directly with the co-founders on growth experiments and strategic projects
  • Own projects from idea to execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Details

  • Compensation: Equity in Because — an opportunity to share in the company’s long-term upside
  • Commitment: We’re looking for a minimum 6-month engagement to start, with potential to extend or convert to a full-time role based on mutual fit
