The Role
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our growth marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, enhancing lifetime value, and exploring new marketing channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about consumer acquisition and has a strong ability to develop and optimize high-impact marketing campaigns. You will manage paid channels, exceed CAC and ROAS targets, and optimize conversion rates. This hands-on, data-driven role requires creativity and a commitment to iterative testing.
This role reports directly to the SVP of Growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Acquisition Management: Lead and manage paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads,Affiliates and Offline, focusing on CAC and ROAS targets. Oversee campaign launch, optimization, and reporting, emphasizing creative testing, audience targeting, and budget management.
Partner /Marketplace Paid Management: Coordinate with existing agency to manage budget, strategy and paid ROAS targets on Amazon.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test and refine creatives, landing pages, and funnels to maximize conversion rates using data-driven insights.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key marketing metrics to ensure campaign efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Conducted A/B tests and refined strategies to improve marketing outcomes.
Attribution & Tools: Implement and recommend tools for better customer attribution and accurate campaign performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Data, CRM, Product, and Brand teams to identify testing opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps.
Organic Traffic Growth: Partner with our SEO agency to integrate organic strategies into growth marketing efforts, maximizing reach and conversions.
Position Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or growth roles, with 2+ years in forecasting and budget development with a minimum six-figure monthly paid ads budget.
- Proven success in managing budgets and optimizing multi-channel paid campaigns, especially in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, lifetime value and key performance metrics.
- Experience with CRO and a creative approach to ad creatives and landing page design.
- Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing tactics across various channels, including Meta, Google, Affiliate, and Direct Mail. Amazon paid media experience is a bonus.
- Proficient in forecasting and optimizing marketing budgets to improve ROAS, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.
- Ability to manage teams and agencies while also being an effective individual contributor.
- Proven track record in unlocking performance marketing opportunities in high-growth environments.
- Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive, motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. You're resourceful, willing to roll up your sleeves, and committed to driving your initiatives to completion.

The reasonably expected pay for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 for the level scoped. Your pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. A higher or lower pay range may apply if you are considered for a different level. This position is also eligible for stock options and a competitive benefits package.
