Your Impact on our Mission

As a Senior Creative Designer, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping and evolving Zocdoc’s visual identity, ensuring it remains consistent, compelling, and digitally fluent. Your work will help inspire patients to find and book care through visually engaging, human-centered experiences. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams, especially product and marketing, to bring the brand to life across our mobile app, website, and campaign touchpoints. You’ll balance craft and systems thinking to deliver work that’s both beautiful and scalable in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.

Your day to day is…

  • Stewarding Zocdoc’s visual identity across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and cohesion in everything from app interfaces to campaign creative
  • Designing brand-forward assets in partnership with the product design team, supporting mobile app experiences, onboarding flows, in-product messaging, and more
  • Collaborating with marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life across email, web, and social
  • Partnering with product managers to align creative vision with functional execution
  • Maintaining and evolving a scalable design system, including style guidelines, components, templates, and asset libraries
  • Creating pixel-perfect mockups and visuals that elevate the product and user experience
  • Exploring and integrating GenAI and emerging tools to accelerate workflows and test new creative approaches
  • Offering feedback and mentorship to other designers to raise the creative bar across the team
  • Auditing existing work and continuously refining assets to reflect the latest brand standards and digital best practices

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
