Your Impact on our Mission

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, Onboarding you’ll be responsible for leading a sales org in a highly operational and ever-changing environment. Your most important responsibility is people leadership: you will hire, train, develop, and retain top talent at the management and individual contributor level.

You will also lead business critical initiatives that drive revenue and achieve other commercial objectives. A successful candidate will first learn and execute the established enterprise process, then work to innovate on the process to accelerate results. This will require a natural bias toward process and repeatability, while also possessing strong flexibility and sales instincts to drive results as our strategy evolves with the needs of the business.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for increased effectiveness in current workflows

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with 1+ year of experience with second-level leadership
  • A proven track record of building teams that hit targets and accomplish goals

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
NYC Base Salary Range
$154,000$210,000 USD
