Your Impact on our Mission
Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you will be the driving force in helping our doctors maximize their success and experience on Zocdoc. In this role, you will own a book of accounts that range in size and complexity, dedicated to the day to day operations of the customer’s experience. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure successful optimization, and ongoing engagement for your assigned accounts.

Your day to day is…
- Owning your accounts. You are the quarterback and central point of contact, internally and externally, for your clients
- Building relationships with your assigned clients through regular calls, performance reviews and daily engagement
- Improving your clients’ performance on Zocdoc via proactively identifying optimization opportunities and project manage them to completion
- Creating success plans for your clients and document client progress toward established goals and results
- Owning monthly reporting for all clients and translating the data into meaningful and actionable next steps
- Consistently tracking your personal performance against KPIs by utilizing Salesforce dashboards and Optimization Score.
- Prioritizing your work based on importance/urgency.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 3-4 years professional experience of Client Success or Account Management
- Strong results focus and goal orientation
- Excellent project management capabilities – whether large or small, projects are delivered on time and are fully aligned with desired outcomes and deliverables
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a quick, curious learner
- Ability to think on your feet and thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment
