Microsoft.com is evolving from a content publishing channel into an AI-powered decision platform and growth engine. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join the Growth & Experimentation team and help improve priority customer journeys through insight-led growth strategy, experimentation, personalization, and disciplined execution. In this role, you will translate business goals, customer needs, and performance signals into focused growth opportunities and measurable programs. You will partner with site managers, product marketing, UX, analytics, engineering, media, and agency teams to develop hypotheses, activate tests and journey improvements, and scale approaches that increase qualified engagement, conversion, lead generation, pipeline influence, and revenue outcomes. We are looking for a growth marketer who combines customer empathy, analytical rigor, creative problem solving, and cross-functional execution. This candidate will have the ability to move from insight to action, communicate clear recommendations, and build a repeatable test-and-learn practice across a complex portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth levers across priority Microsoft.com businesses and customer journeys, drawing on business goals, audience needs, behavioral data, customer research, market signals, and performance gaps.
- Develop repeatable growth strategies and playbooks that connect audience, value proposition, content, channel, journey, and conversion objectives, then adapt and apply them consistently across business areas.
- Use web analytics, telemetry, customer insights, qualitative research, and market evidence to diagnose performance, identify friction and untapped demand, and translate findings into clear growth recommendations for business and journey owners.
- Partner with experimentation managers, who build and manage the experimentation portfolio, to translate priority growth levers into testable opportunities; use results to refine the strategy and scale proven approaches across businesses.
- Influence site managers, product marketing, UX, analytics, engineering, media, and agency partners to embed proven growth levers into business plans, roadmaps, campaigns, and customer experiences.
- Establish clear success measures, track adoption and impact across businesses, and create feedback loops that continuously improve growth playbooks and investment decisions.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, experimentation, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, web strategy, analytics, product management, or a related field.
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, experimentation, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, web strategy, analytics, product management, or a related field.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, experimentation, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, web strategy, analytics, product management, or a related field.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization and coordinating with agencies, vendors, or distributed teams.
- Experience communicating complex analysis and recommendations clearly to both working teams and stakeholders.
- Experience translating business objectives and customer insights into growth plans, campaigns, journey improvements, or measurable experiments. •
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to develop recommendations and influence decisions.
- Experience working cross functionally successfully.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
