Responsibilities
- Lead discussions with customer stakeholders and decision makers to identify, qualify, prioritize, and accelerate services sales opportunities aligned to their business and technology priorities.
- Evaluate the solution area and market to develop insights and sales strategies that align Unified offerings to customer outcomes, using data and insights to identify whitespace and growth opportunities.
- Partner across internal teams to design and position solutions that enable cloud and artificial intelligence–driven transformations for new and existing customers, clearly differentiating Microsoft’s value.
- Engage in regular sales pipeline reviews with internal stakeholders to drive forecasting accuracy, maintain pipeline hygiene, and ensure progress toward sales and consumption targets.
- Drive customer engagement by translating feedback into action plans, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and orchestrating partner and internal resources to support co‑selling and successful delivery.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
- Solution or services sales experience.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch language.
Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 62,200.00 - € 92,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
