As part of a high-visibility team supporting senior leadership, you’ll lead the transformation of our revenue close processes bringing innovation to reporting, insights, and business execution. We’re looking for a bold, forward-thinking Senior Finance Manager who thrives on impact, collaboration, and continuous improvement to join us as our Revenue Close Analytics Lead in MCAPS Finance.
As part of the MCAPS Core Central FP&A team, you will play a critical role in turning complex revenue, market share, and competitive insights into clear, actionable guidance for senior leaders. You will partner closely with MCAPS business leaders, regional finance teams, Corporate Finance teams, and Engineering Group Finance to build scalable reporting, analytics, systems, and organizational intelligence that improve decision-making across the business. You will also own high-visibility deliverables, including the weekly senior leadership flash, giving you a unique platform to influence executive conversations and help shape the future of MCAPS Finance.

Responsibilities
As our Senior Finance Manager, you will help transform how MCAPS Finance analyzes performance, communicates insights, and enables leadership decisions.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze monthly end-to-end MCAPS close results, identify key performance drivers, and translate complex data into accurate, executive-ready insights that help leaders understand business performance and make informed decisions.
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline recurring reports, business rhythms, and finance processes, improving speed, accuracy, scalability, and decision support across MCAPS Finance.
- Analyze commercial products' market share across the world, including deal insights by Area.
- Prepare our weekly and monthly Senior Leadership Team Flash reports, providing critical insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with the Central Finance Team to bring alignment between MCAPS views with external perspectives.
- Provide support to the leadership on adhoc projects in partnership with the MCAPS CFO’s and EVP’s offices.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
- 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.
- 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
