Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) organization is recognized as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Desktop as a Service (DaaS) for last 3 years. With the momentum from customers transitioning to cloud-based solutions, Windows 365 and AVD have become a billion-dollar business and continue to experience rapid growth.
As enterprises adopt AI agents at scale, securing and governing those agents has become one of the most important problems in the industry. Windows 365 for Agent is the shipped platform with quickly evolving Enterprise grade operating system for agentic user, with a modern, elastic, cloud-based Windows experience.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who are excited to hybrid the AI Agent and Cloud Windows technologies, and empower Enterprise worldwide by adopting AI Agent and CUA.

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to determine requirements for a W365A and AI related scenario.
- Drives identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, service, data or platform.
- Leads by example within the team by producing extensible and maintainable. Optimizes, debugs, refactors, and reuses code to improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).
- Leverages subject-matter expertise of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items.
- Proactively seeks new knowledge and adapts to new trends of AI, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products, and delight our customers.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Solid technical leadership to drive initiatives across organizations.
- Passion in building and designing very large-scale systems.
- Prior experience in building large scale online systems is a big plus.
- Proven technical leader with architecture, design, and development experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing and shipping software/services.
- Demonstrated problem solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to multi-task while balancing short term and long-term needs is essential.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, deliver in an agile environment, be willing to learn and adopt new technologies/industry trends and have good cross group collaboration skills.
- AI Agent and Agent Builder or equivalent experience is a bonus.
