Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Transformation
- Act as the Cloud & AI sales lead for your assigned enterprise customers, helping them define and execute strategies for cloud adoption, application modernization, data transformation, and artificial intelligence. Engage both business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities where Microsoft solutions can accelerate business outcomes.
- Drive Strategic Opportunity Creation
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and technology decision makers, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives. Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities by understanding customer priorities, business challenges, and technology roadmaps. Create compelling business cases that help customers invest confidently in cloud and AI transformation.
- Own and Grow the Business
- Manage a robust pipeline and forecast while driving both solution sales and customer consumption. Leverage account planning, territory strategies, and industry insights to accelerate opportunity creation, expand customer adoption, and exceed business objectives.
- Orchestrate Across the Ecosystem
- Lead virtual teams consisting of Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Cloud Solution Architects, Partner resources, Consulting teams, Customer Success teams, and Services organizations. Navigate Microsoft's resources effectively to create customer value and drive successful business outcomes.
- Accelerate Decision Making
- Guide customers through evaluation and purchasing decisions by creating business value narratives, financial justification, proof-of-concept strategies, and deployment plans. Help customers move from exploration to implementation and ultimately to business value realization.
- Build Partner-Led Scale
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft Partners to create scalable customer success. Develop partner strategies, identify opportunities for co-selling, and leverage the broader ecosystem to deliver differentiated customer solutions and outcomes.
- Demonstrate Thought Leadership
- Act as a subject matter expert within Cloud & AI Platforms. Share best practices, mentor peers, contribute to sales excellence initiatives, and represent Microsoft in executive briefings, customer events, and industry engagements. Collaborate with product groups and specialist communities to position Microsoft effectively in competitive situations and bring innovation to customers.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and significant experience in technology-related sales, solution sales, or account management
- or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven success in enterprise Cloud & AI sales and a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding business goals.
- Experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders within large enterprise organizations.
- Fluency or business level English language skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling cloud, data, analytics, artificial intelligence, application modernization, or business transformation solutions to enterprise customers.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities involving partners and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency os business level Danish language skills
Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Denmark is kr 841,700.00 - kr 1,433,300.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
