Overview

APAC Datacenter Delivery is evolving from a collection of high-performing processes, tools, and governance mechanisms into a fully integrated digital operating system. As the organization scales to meet increasing capacity demand, success depends on our ability to connect people, processes, data, automation, AI, and decision-making into a single execution ecosystem.

The Principal Digital Delivery Strategy Lead serves as the architect of this future state.

This role owns the long-term digital strategy, systems architecture, AI roadmap, and integration vision that enable APAC Delivery to operate through One Conversation, One System. Working in close partnership with the Regional Delivery Enablement Lead, this leader defines how work, information, decisions, and learning flow across the organization, while helping guide the execution of priority initiatives that bring the vision to life.

The role combines strategic thinking, systems architecture, AI innovation, data governance, and executive influence to shape the future of datacenter delivery within APAC and across Microsoft.

Responsibilities include:

  • Future-state operating model architecture
  • Digital ecosystem planning
  • Platform and capability strategy
  • Systems integration vision
  • Automation strategy
  • Architecture governance and design standards
  • Technology investment prioritization

Act as the primary steward of how APAC's delivery operating system evolves over time.

  • One Conversation, One System

Serve as the technical architect and strategic owner of the One Conversation, One System vision.

Design how delivery work flows across the end-to-end lifecycle:

Signal → Prioritization → Planning → Execution → Risk Management → Decision Making → Delivery → Learning → Continuous Improvement

Partner closely with the Regional Delivery Enablement Lead to:

  • Develop a cohesive strategy and implementation roadmap
  • Define architecture, standards, and operating principles
  • Ensure alignment across workstreams
  • Validate solutions against long-term architectural objectives
  • Guide execution of critical initiatives supporting the vision

While this role owns the future-state design and technical vision, it also actively supports execution of key workstreams necessary to realize that vision.

  • AI Enablement & Frontier Organization Strategy
