We are hiring an HR Business Partner, Asia to join our HRBP Team and support our Asia Commercial Business. Within Commercial business our Human Resources (HR) organization plays a pivotal role in enabling this mission by shaping the future of how we lead, grow, and transform. We are seeking a forward-thinking individual contributor to drive data-enabled decision-making and spearhead AI adoption across Asia HR working closely and serving as a partner to finance and business teams.
The role will lead end-to-end process redesign looking at our demand, drive cross-functional alignment, and embed continuous impact evaluation into HR programs. The candidate will be passionate about simplifying complexity, scaling innovation, and building unified rhythms that elevate HR’s strategic influence, solving for efficiency and enhanced capability.
This role will also have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives for Asia working closely with Area HR teams, COEs, HRBI, Finance, SE&O to set Asia business for success. Strength in building trusted relationships with leaders and the ability to leverage those relationships to diagnose and coach leaders on team, organization, and their own effectiveness is essential for this role. Alongside experience in program and project management to ensure delivery of client-ready solutions.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Consulting: Combine insights, strong stakeholder relationships, clear storytelling, AI fluency, and change management to build alignment, influence decisions, and deliver sustainable organizational outcomes that enable agility, growth, and innovation.
- Technical Solutions: Leverage an understanding of technical solutions (Power Apps, Fabric) and productivity tools to develop and enhance innovative solutions that drive efficiency in ways of working.
- Organizational Diagnostics: Partner and consult with peer HR disciplines (e.g., Talent Management, Rewards, HRC, HRBI) on leveraging the systems model.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data, diagnostics, and cross‑business insight to inform strategy, measure impact, and deliver equitable, scalable (where applicable) HR solutions that continuously improve how we work.
- AI-Enabled HR: Leverage AI tools and insights to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and deliver repeatable solutions.
- Project Management: Partner with peers in the Agile HRBP team, business aligned HRBPs, CoEs, and business leaders to identify key strategic priorities and create long term sustainable solutions. Lead projects from inception to successful implementation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 7+ years experience in HR roles including HR Business Partnership, Project Management, AI Enablement, Org Diagnostics, or other relevant areas.
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 4+ years experience in HR roles including HR Business Partnership, Project Management, AI Enablement, Org Diagnostics, or other relevant areas.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Technical Certifications or intermediate level knowledge across PowerBI, Fabric, Microsoft tools; including proficiency with Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and insight generation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with process optimization, including mapping, redesign, and automation of workflows.
- Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, human-centered solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, consulting, storytelling skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across levels.
- Experience with Microsoft AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Viva, Azure AI) or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated commitment to security, privacy, compliance, inclusion, accessibility, and responsible AI.
