Responsibilities
- Executive Narrative & Leadership Enablement
- Serve as the strategic communications advisor to the Asia ISD RDL and the RDL Leadership team, shaping business and leadership narratives, and delivering executive communications that align to business priorities and organisational objectives.
- Develop leadership messaging, speeches, presentations, briefing materials, talking points, executive events, and thought leadership content while ensuring a consistent and compelling leadership voice across all channels.
- Communications Strategy, Employee Engagement & Change Communications
- Own the end-to-end strategy for Asia ISD community identity, leadership visibility, culture initiatives and organisation storytelling. Translating business priorities into integrated communication plans that drive understanding, alignment, and engagement.
- Lead employee communications across key channels and transformation initiatives, ensuring clear, inclusive, and impactful communications that support organisational change, culture, and business outcomes.
- Narrative Development, Storytelling & Thought Leadership
- Shape the Asia ISD narrative by translating business strategy, creating compelling stories that connect customer transformation, Industry relevance, AI innovation, delivery excellence, and Microsoft's strategic priorities.
- Develop executive, customer, partner, and employee-facing content that simplifies complex concepts into meaningful, outcome-based stories that strengthen ISD's profile and influence across Frontier and Microsoft Asia.
- Strengthen Asia ISD's visibility, credibility, and reputation across Microsoft, customers, and partners. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance perception, engage the ecosystem, manage communication risks, and position ISD leaders as trusted voices on transformation, AI adoption, and industry innovation. Ensure communications align with Microsoft's values, standards, and corporate priorities.
- Build trusted relationships across leadership, business groups, marketing, sales, customer success, delivery teams, partners, and corporate stakeholders to align messaging and communication priorities. Lead cross-functional communications efforts, establish effective rhythms of business, manage agency partnerships where required, and orchestrate communication activities to ensure consistency, scale, and impact.
- Drive communication execution excellence across all channels, campaigns, events, and content assets. Establish success metrics, monitor engagement and sentiment, evaluate communication effectiveness, and leverage insights to continuously refine strategies, messaging, and communication programmes. Champion modern communication practices and AI-powered tools to improve reach, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program
Management, Project Management, or related experience;- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management,or related experience; OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience; OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years specialized functional (e.g., retail, technology) experience.
- 6+ years experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role.
- Experience leading leading executive communications and strategic storytelling for a senior leadership team (VP/CXO equivalent) within a large, complex organisation, including translating business, technology, AI, or transformation initiatives into communication strategies and executive narratives
