Senior Product Marketing Manager
Marketing & Communications, Product
Redmond, WA, USA
Windows sits at the center of how the world’s organizations work, with over a billion people relying on it every day. Organizations are making big decisions about the platform their business runs on, including how they adopt AI and agents without giving up control of their data, security, or cost. Windows wins across all of it, and we are creating this role to make that case credibly to the people who decide. We are the Windows Commercial Client Marketing team, and we help every organization adopt Windows with confidence. We turn complex technology into messaging that IT leaders trust and act on. We are self-starters who care more about being right than being loud, with a deep passion for the technology and the impact it has on customers.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to be our in-house technical authority on the value of Windows in organizations, and to turn that into the content and enablement that makes Windows sellers credible in front of IT. This is a marketing role, not a sales role. You make sellers measurably more effective by giving them the narrative, plays, and proof they need to win. AI and agents are a sharp point of differentiation right now, so you will need real depth there, but the job is the full Windows story. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

- Connect the field to our platform and roadmap teams, so customer insight sharpens the story and what is coming reaches sellers early.
- Make agentic governance and AI on Windows a credible, differentiated story for a technical organization audience.
