compliance and operations at scale. Our Digital Asset team plays a critical role in ensuring

Microsoft digital assets are reviewed, governed, and maintained efficiently across the

compliance lifecycle.

As a Digital Asset Operations Manager, you will help manage the day-to-day execution of the

Digital Asset review process by partnering with vendor teams, Digital Asset Owners, and

cross-functional stakeholders. You will monitor operational performance, track key metrics

and KPIs, identify process bottlenecks, and drive actions that improve review velocity, quality,

and customer experience. This opportunity will allow you to strengthen your operational

management expertise, develop deep business process and compliance knowledge, and build

skills in data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and continuous process

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the end-to-end Digital Asset review process by partnering with

Digital Asset Owners, Microsoft stakeholders, and vendor teams to ensure reviews are

completed within established service level objectives. You will help monitor review pipelines,

identify blockers, and drive actions to improve review velocity and customer experience.

• Follow established procedures for process execution and contribute to maintaining a clear

end-to-end view of Digital Asset review operations. You will track operational activities,

collect data, perform analysis, and provide insights to support effective process monitoring

and decision-making.

• Assist with process monitoring and evaluation by developing, maintaining, and analyzing

operational metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will help identify

trends, benchmark performance, and highlight opportunities to improve efficiency,

effectiveness, and compliance outcomes.

• Partner with vendor teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational

deliverables are completed accurately and on time. You will facilitate communications,

coordinate issue resolution, and help maintain accountability across the Digital Asset review

ecosystem.

• Identify process bottlenecks, operational risks, and recurring issues through data analysis and stakeholder feedback. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and supporting process enhancements, documentation updates, and automation opportunities. • Support task-level change management activities related to Digital Asset operations, including process updates, tooling enhancements, reporting improvements, and stakeholder readiness. You will help ensure changes are successfully adopted and operational goals are achieved. • Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidance to ensure consistent execution and high-quality service delivery. You will promote operational excellence through attention to detail, process discipline, and a commitment to continuous improvement.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a

related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, program management, business

operations, compliance operations, or a related discipline.

• Experience managing operational workflows involving multiple stakeholders and

external vendors.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and

translate insights into action.

• Experience developing and tracking metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance

reporting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate

complex issues clearly and concisely.

• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and

meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting compliance, governance, risk management, audit, or

operational review programs.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or

Continuous Improvement practices.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, or other reporting and workflow

tools.

• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.

• Ability to identify trends, anticipate operational risks, and drive proactive solutions.

• Demonstrated customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration and influencing

skills
