TEAM: IAM Protect AIOps team is combination of Security Operations Engineers and Software Engineers and handles the tickets of Enterprise IAM and responsible for supporting the services and also improve the services and improve customer productivity.
Role: We are looking for passionate Senior Software Engineer to identify problem areas for the customer and improve the service thus helping the customer productivity.

Responsibilities
* Identify the opportunity areas that can be improved across EIAM Services
1) Streamline /Create/ Improve / Enable existing/New Self Service platforms for IAM & MVD Offerings of IAM Protect
2) Reduce incidents that are handled by EIAM Tier 2 and improve the efficiency of the engineers in handling tickets.
3) Work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms and internal identity systems to design and implement features that improve security posture, operational reliability, and customer experience.
4) Design & develop Secure / Scalable internal platform(s) and service(s) that educate, proactively address recurring customer issues and enable customer self‑resolution through intelligent, guided experiences.
5) Apply an AI‑first approach to problem solving—leveraging intent detection, knowledge grounding, orchestration, and policy‑driven workflows before introducing traditional code‑heavy automation.
6) Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing internal IAM systems, and drive design and implementation of enhancements aligned with security, scalability, and long‑term maintainability.
7) Mentor early career engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance, helping raise overall team engineering quality and security awareness
8) Continuously improve engineering quality, operational readiness, and documentation through design reviews, post‑incident analysis, and best practices.
9) Participate in on‑call rotations and incident reviews to learn how identity systems behave under real‑world conditions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field
8+ years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies, with strong proficiency in C#, .NET 8/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
Strong fundamentals in software engineering, including data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented or modular design.
Experience building production services or distributed systems, not just scripts or prototypes.
Experience designing and building scalable Web APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core, with event-driven architecture patterns for reliable, loosely coupled distributed systems.
Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, token-based authentication, and authorization models.
Experience applying Secure-by-Design principles when designing and implementing production services.
Experience building services on a cloud platform (Azure preferred).
Ability to work effectively as a team player in a collaborative engineering environment.
Experience working in the Identity & Access Management domain or security platforms
Experience reducing operational toil through automation-first or intelligence driven system design
Ability to influence architectural decisions beyond individual feature ownership
Experience applying AI techniques in production systems (e.g anomaly detection, LLM backed workflows)
