Responsibilities
- You will define and drive predictable rhythm of the connection (RoC), and lead efforts to improve the RoC cadence across the region. You’ll guide sales and consumption strategies, and put in place prioritized sales plays.
- You will build relationships with sales, consumption, and support managers, and use data-driven insights to identify where coaching may be needed. You’ll drive the adoption of plans to create new habits among sales, consumptions, and support teams.
- You will drive the optimization and improvement of sales, consumption, and support team capabilities. You’ll also partner with leaders to remove sales and consumption roadblocks, increase customer face time, and enhance seller effectiveness.
- You will leverage and develop reporting and analytical capabilities to create data-based insights for sellers and managers. And you’ll drive efforts to ensure sales and consumption adhere to processes and standards, helping hold managers accountable when necessary.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 5+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.
