As the Financial Services Industry (FSI) Sales Leader for Microsoft Netherlands, you will lead the strategy, growth, and customer engagement across one of Microsoft's most significant and influential industry segments. You will work with leading financial institutions to drive AI-powered transformation, unlock new growth opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
As a member of the Netherlands leadership team, you will inspire high-performing teams, build trusted executive relationships, and help some of the country's most recognised organisations navigate their digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft's Financial Services business strategy and growth in the Netherlands.
- Build and deepen executive relationships with senior leaders across banking, insurance, and capital markets.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic customer engagement, large-scale deal leadership, and business expansion opportunities.
- Champion AI and digital transformation initiatives that create lasting customer value.
- Orchestrate cross-functional sales, technical, partner, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Develop and coach a high-performing, inclusive organisation with a strong culture of accountability and growth.
- Represent Microsoft as a trusted industry leader within the Dutch Financial Services market.
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading enterprise sales organisations and delivering sustained business growth.
- Strong Financial Services industry expertise, ideally across banking, insurance, or capital markets.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business decision makers.
- Track record of leading complex sales opportunities, strategic negotiations, and transformational customer engagements.
- Experience driving technology-enabled business transformation, including cloud, data, AI, or digital innovation initiatives.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to inspire teams, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent Dutch desirable but not essential
Sales Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 141,200.00 - € 240,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
