As a Principal Product Manager for the Agent 365 team, you will be immersed in driving the next wave of agent management innovation on a platform that serves as the control plane for Artificial Intelligence agents within enterprise environments. You will shape the vision, garner executive support, and lead critical advancements to ensure the continued success of Agent 365.

Responsibilities
  • Anticipate customers’ unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or new products and services across multiple feature areas, analyze security and ethical compliance, scope impact and prioritization, and lead partnerships.
  • Demonstrate and build customer experiences, lead cross team collaboration to define and incubate solutions for highly complex customer needs, validate market opportunities, and drive strategic alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering teams to identify release criteria, develop customer acquisition and retention strategies, build marketing plans, and orchestrate support and communication plans.
  • Evangelize and present supported feature areas, including AI-driven solutions, to internal and external stakeholders through industry events, blog posts, and executive presentations.
  • Define and influence long-term vision and strategy for key feature areas based on customer needs, user research, industry leading landscape, and Microsoft’s business goals; distill vision into actionable roadmaps and integrate AI-first thinking into product development.



Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND proven years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND proven years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
  • Proven years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • Proven years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., leading disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).


Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 99,800.00 - € 172,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
