Microsoft's Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) organization is responsible for enabling partner-led growth and accelerating customer success through a world-class ecosystem of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Digital Natives, Systems Integrators, and industry innovators.
We are seeking an experienced ASEAN Partner Development Manager (PDM) – ISV professional to lead strategic partner growth across our Enterprise business. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, partner management, sales execution, ecosystem development, and cloud transformation, helping Microsoft’s most strategic software partners build differentiated solutions, accelerate customer transformation, and drive measurable business outcomes across the Microsoft technology stack.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, trusted advisor, and exceptional orchestrator who can align Microsoft field teams, partner executives, technical resources, commercial programs, and cross-functional teams to unlock innovation and scale partner-led growth across Enterprise customers.
The candidate will connect ISV partners with Microsoft sales teams and drive increased awareness of ISV offerings that can be applied across accounts to move sales forward. The role engages partners and sellers proactively to ensure the right co-sell prioritization, pipeline coverage, Marketplace execution, and measurable business outcomes. The candidate will leverage Microsoft resources, programs, investments, and incentives to support partner pipeline velocity, remove friction points, and maintain strong sales compliance discipline.
This role will support strategic ISV partner growth and co-sell execution across ASEAN.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Strategic Partner Business Plans
- Own the overall business relationship with a portfolio of strategic ISV partners.
- Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies aligned to Microsoft priorities, customer needs, and partner objectives.
- Establish executive alignment and mutual accountability across Microsoft and partner leadership teams.
- Drive Partner Business Planning (PBP) processes and ensure measurable business outcomes.
Accelerate AI and Cloud Transformation
- Lead partners in developing differentiated AI, Cloud, Data, and Security solutions on Microsoft platforms.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft's latest AI innovations, including Copilot, Azure AI, and industry-specific AI solutions.
- Help partners build scalable offerings that generate customer value and create competitive differentiation.
Drive Co-Sell and Revenue Growth
- Create and execute co-sell strategies that increase pipeline creation, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
- Lead regular business reviews focused on pipeline health, sales execution, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Microsoft sellers and solution specialists to accelerate strategic opportunities and remove blockers.
- Drive partner participation in Microsoft sales motions and customer transformation programs.
Grow Marketplace and Commercial Success
- Accelerate Marketplace adoption and execution as a strategic growth engine.
- Help partners expand monetization opportunities through Marketplace transactions and repeatable industry solutions.
- Increase partner participation in commercial programs, incentives, and investment opportunities.
Executive Stakeholder and Ecosystem Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with CEO, CRO, CTO, Product, and Business Unit leaders within partner organizations.
- Represent Microsoft in executive business reviews, industry forums, and strategic planning sessions.
- Orchestrate resources across Microsoft's ecosystem to maximize partner success and customer outcomes.
- Foster partner-to-partner collaboration that expands solution capabilities and market reach.
Deliver Operational Excellence
- Monitor key business metrics, pipeline health, co-sell performance, Marketplace growth, and partner capability development.
- Ensure disciplined execution through regular business rhythms and governance processes.
- Drive accountability for business outcomes and continuous improvement across the partnership.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in partner sales, alliance management, business development, enterprise sales, consulting, or technology industry leadership.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and ecosystem-led motions.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior business and technical decision makers.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, AI, digital transformation, and software business models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
Preferred
- 10+ years of experience working with ISVs, cloud providers, technology partners, software ecosystems, or consulting organizations.
- Experience driving AI, cloud, security, data, or industry solution go-to-market strategies.
- Knowledge of SaaS, Marketplace, partner incentives, and modern commercial models.
- Experience developing executive-level business plans and growth strategies.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience working with hyperscaler ecosystems and enterprise technology partners.
