About the Team:

The Marketing & Communications team is responsible for growing and improving Worldcoin’s public image all around the world. Tasked with the creation and management of Worldcoin’s global marketing campaigns and communications efforts, the team oversees everything from community management to earned media and branding to content creation.

About the Opportunity:

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for managing crypto-native company channels such as Discord, Twitter, Telegram, etc…
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure community channels foster positive sentiment and appropriate brand image
  • Implement thoughtful social media strategies to increase engagement & followers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends
  • Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with the online community
  • Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership

About You:

  • Has 2-3 years of experience in community engagement or management
  • Is fluent with social media platforms Discord, Twitter and Telegram and understands their norms and features
  • Has developed understanding of Cryptocurrency and community dynamics
  • Has ability to understand technical concepts
  • Can work independently
  • Proactive, constantly seeking ways to improve their area of responsibility
  • Has good customer service and interpersonal skills
