About the Role

WorkWhile is looking for a Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager to help fuel our next phase of growth. As a founding member of the team, you will help shape all aspects of our GTM strategy and have a hand in key company decisions. You will be responsible for creating our data-driven GTM culture and will work closely with the founders and executive team to set the strategy and execution to hit our aggressive growth goals.

  • Work with the executive team to set, evaluate, and refine the GTM strategy

  • Enable our Sales, Marketing & Success teams to understand business health and hit their goals through improved strategy, automated processes, and effective reporting via dashboards and forecasts

  • Administer systems integrations to support go-to-market strategies and streamline the customer lifecycle

  • Ensure all of our go-to-market systems and Sales/Success processes operate efficiently and scale according to our company growth plans

  • Hold the sales team accountable by leading with data and communicating effectively

  • Manage the pipeline and forecast in partnership with Finance

  • Improve data quality, analysis and reporting through data administration and recommended tooling

  • Partner with executive leadership to define, operationalize, measure and analyze impact of KPIs

  • Increase data quality and the ability to derive critical insights through ad hoc analysis across multiple data sets

  • Build bottoms up and top down revenue models to help identify gaps and strategic areas of improvement as well as inform hiring decisions

  • Help drive incentive and commission construction as well as territories

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in a revenue operations role

  • Consulting experience at BCG, McKinsey, Bain or similar preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus

  • Proven skills in sales cadence, sales forecasting, funnel maintenance and reporting

  • Proven skills in go-to-market modeling, building territories and setting corresponding goals

  • Superior analytical skills with experience overseeing and managing business metrics, productivity and outcomes

  • Familiarity with with GTM platforms including Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc

  • Ability to plan manage and deliver multiple concurrent and complex work streams in a matrixed organization with aggressive timelines

  • Experience with account and territory planning

  • Ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritize multiple high importance responsibilities and be effective in fast-paced work environments. Thrives on creating order from chaos
