  • Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer goals and WideOrbit revenue targets.
  • Identify, advocate for, and drive expansion opportunities based on evolving customer needs and growth initiatives.
  • Partner with sales to achieve quarterly and annual upsell, cross-sell, and renewal revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to create account engagement strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues, managing internal and external communication through resolution.

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of media industry experience, particularly within Canadian audio and TV markets
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a customer partnership role
  • Well-developed knowledge of WideOrbit products and services

  • Experience engaging and influencing executive-level customers (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be clear, concise, and persuasive
  • Trusted problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and engage internal resources as needed
  • Project management experience, including managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings domestically and globally
