Job Description:

As a Financial Implementation & Support Specialist, you will be part of a team that trains client users on the finance features and functionalities within our traffic systems and resolve finance-related support cases. In this dual role of support and implementation, you will provide first level support for our clients who use our financial related products/tasks along with devising and executing implementation plans for clients’ finance teams/departments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to educate and train users on WO Traffic, WO Network, WO Omni, WO Payments Suite and other WideOrbit products our clients use to manage the financial aspect of their business and ensure they are using our financial product to its fullest potential.

Finance and Implementation & Support Specialists work with Product Support, Project Managers, Implementation Teams, and other WideOrbit teams as necessary to deliver happy, referenceable clients. If you have a background in media finance and/or finance and thrive on training and client support, then this may be the right opportunity for you.

Here is what success will look like:

  • Provide First Level Support for new and existing clients’ financial related support needs as part of the product support infrastructure. Resolve cases by educating our clients, gathering information about their workflows, or working with WideOrbit’s internal departments to bring resolution to cases.

  • Solve client issues within a fast-paced, collaborative work environment with a positive attitude and confident/calm demeanor to ensure their satisfaction with our products and our service.

  • Identify and document software defects and requests for enhancements with a keen attention to detail.

  • Execute the Implementation of WideOrbit’s financial software, remotely or on-site. Create and maintain a training agenda for each client project.

  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while adeptly managing changes in scope and/or timelines.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s specific business objectives and educate customers on various configurations and/or customization options. Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend action plans for resolution.

  • Accurately import Finance related data sets into production environment as part of project-based work and work closely with the client to ensure accuracy.

  • Use subject matter expertise to participate in creating or updating internal and client-facing documentation.

  • Effective and timely communication with all stakeholders including clients, industry groups, and internal departments such as support, development, product management, and release management.

  • Support coverage may be needed for company observed Holidays and any coverage requests will be communicated timely.

To thrive in this role, we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in a finance-focused and client-facing role, within the media industry is advantageous.

  • Strong technical aptitude for quickly learning new software.

  • Proven ability to work successfully as part of a team while also assuming individual obligations.

  • Ability to lead presentations with confidence and build relationships with customers quickly.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate with a technical or non-technical audience.

  • Proven ability to direct and manage multiple projects or tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exhibit a professional demeanor, communicating in a thoughtful and consultative way with internal and external customers.

  • Experience in documenting processes or writing Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Excel, and Word.

  • Interest and willingness to travel up to 15%.

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Location: This position can be based in any of our offices. Remote/Telecommute will also be considered.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 + Annual Variable Bonus

Various factors are considered to determine compensation ranges including market data, location, experience, qualifications, and skills. WideOrbit reserves the right to pay more or less than the salary and benefit information posted.
