As a member of the Global Supply Chain Team, the Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including Purchase Order releases across direct & indirect commodities, material tracking & physical inventory management. This role is in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
You will...
- Be a part of the Global Supply Chain Team building a supply base using an AI-first approach to enable safe self-driving at scale
- Material tracking and physical inventory management including proper labelling, storage and handling
- Perform goods receipt transactions of all materials within Waabi’s Procurement tools
- Coordinate shipments of HW and materials to and from Suppliers and across Waabi sites
- Manage consigned inventory with Waabi’s Suppliers
- Perform inventory cycle counts and address discrepancies as required
- Build and foster relationships with shipping carriers for Waabi deliveries across all sites
- Own the RMA process with supplier from end-to-end providing updates to Waabi team members and Waabi Suppliers
- Tracking of all serial numbers for all hardware and equipment received
- Create purchase orders and related activities through the Procure-to-Pay process including but not limited to invoice matching and goods receipt documentation in accordance with Waabi's Purchasing Policies
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements & documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business (Supply Chain/Finance/Management) or Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years of Supply Chain / Procurement Experience
- Familiar with inventory management and logistics
- Familiar with Procure-to-Pay processes including tooling such as PLM, Inventory and Procurement systems
- Extremely Proficient in Google Workspace
- Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others
- Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions
- You will be required to engage in physical activities within reasonable accommodation
- Some tasks may require - lifting and moving material up to 50~ pounds each, bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head, frequent walking in the facilities, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and hallways
- Knowledge of Export Compliance
The US hourly range for this role is: $36 - $44 per hour USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi (US) Inc.’s hourly ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The hourly base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for a new hire's hourly rate for this role in Pittsburgh, PA. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
