You will…

- Design and implement high throughput network upgrades and expansions.

- Lead network security initiatives and ensuring compliance with security standards.

- Conduct in-depth network performance analysis and resolving complex network issues.

- Oversee incident response planning and execution, ensuring timely and effective handling of security incidents.

- Manage a fleet of linux servers including deployment, maintenance and upgrades.

- Automate network and server deployments using Ansible, Terraform, etc.

- Manage strict documentation of Network and Server infrastructure.

- Continuously support and enable our Engineering and Research teams.

- Work closely with Infrastructure, support and Compute teams.

- Coordinate closely with facility management to ensure HVAC, Cabling runs, UPS are functional.

- Continuously look for opportunities to automate and improve systems.

- Be required to engage in physical activities with accommodation - lifting and moving material up to ~50 pounds.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset.

- Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to take ownership.

- Proven experience establishing and automating IT processes.

- Proven experience setting up multi-site, high throughput, scalable networks.

- Experience managing hybrid device environments (Mac, Windows, Linux).

- Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions.

Bonus:

- Experience with Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet equipment

- Experience managing devices in a hybrid environment (Mac, Windows, Linux).
