About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis to lead full-cycle recruitment exclusively focused on Technical Sales talent. You'll partner closely with Sales and GTM hiring managers, build robust pipelines of high-performing sales professionals, and help us secure top technical sales talent in highly competitive markets.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical Sales roles, including Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, Account Managers, and Business Development Representatives

  • Develop creative, targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive Technical Sales talent using LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, industry communities, and other channels

  • Partner with Sales and GTM hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, territory needs, and ideal candidate profiles

  • Provide strategic guidance on technical sales talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence

  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess both technical aptitude and sales acumen, as well as cultural fit

  • Negotiate competitive offers and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint through onboarding

  • Continuously improve Technical Sales recruiting processes and contribute best practices to the broader Talent Acquisition team

  • Maintain accurate ATS documentation and deliver regular pipeline reporting and hiring metrics to stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on Technical Sales hiring (SaaS, Cloud, Hardware, or similar tech environments preferred)

  • Proven track record sourcing and closing high-caliber Technical Sales professionals across a variety of levels and specializations

  • Deep understanding of Technical Sales roles, career paths, and what motivates top sales talent

  • Strong proficiency in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sales-specific talent platforms

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and senior Sales leadership

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring timelines

  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates
