As an Integrations Solution Architect, you will serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise integration platforms specifically Dell Boomi and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, assess technical feasibility, and design robust integration solutions aligned with strategic roadmaps across the organization. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Software Engineers, and Product Teams to envision, design, and implement end-to-end integration solutions. What You'll Do
- Apply advanced technical principles, techniques, theories, and concepts in the domain of enterprise integrations. Contribute to the development of new integration standards and best practices.
- Work on unusually complex integration problems and provide solutions that are highly innovative, scalable, and reliable.
- Work toward predetermined long-range integration architecture goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated; determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
- Develop advanced integration architecture ideas and guide their design into final, production-ready solutions using Dell Boomi and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Ensure alignment between the Enterprise Architecture (EA) roadmap and integration solutions being delivered.
- Collaborate with delivery teams during application design, assisting product teams with interoperability, performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and security of integration solutions.
- Design, build, and govern end-to-end integration flows, APIs, and data pipelines across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS platforms using Boomi AtomSphere and OIC.
- Lead the design of API-led connectivity strategies and manage the full API lifecycle, including creation, versioning, security, and deprecation.
- Define and enforce integration standards, patterns, and reusable frameworks across the enterprise.
- Own and drive proof-of-concept (PoC) and Spike story efforts related to integration platform capabilities and new use cases.
- Describe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of integration solutions to business stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
- Partner with engineers to troubleshoot and provide solutions for production integration issues.
- Participate in vendor corrective action meetings (with Dell, Oracle, or other vendors), providing suggestions or alternatives to resolve problems.
- Prepare and present integration designs and any known exceptions to the Architecture Review Board (ARB).
- Develop and evolve the Integration Architecture roadmap and portfolio.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring
Integration Platform Expertise:
- Hands-on expertise with Dell Boomi AtomSphere, including Boomi Flow, Boomi API Management, connectors, process building, and Atom/Molecule/Cloud deployment models.
- Deep proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including OIC Gen2/Gen3, Integration Adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, DB, Oracle SaaS Adapters), Process Automation, and Visual Builder.
- Experience designing and implementing B2B/EDI integrations, event-driven integrations, and batch processing workflows.
- Familiarity with Oracle SaaS applications (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM, SCM) and their native integration with OIC.
Architecture & Design Skills:
- Experienced with modern integration patterns and techniques such as API-led connectivity, Pub/Sub, Event Streaming, ESB, and Microservices-based integration.
- Proficiency in Event-Driven Architectures (EDA), enabling the design of responsive and scalable systems.
- Experience with one or more cloud service providers (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective integration environments.
- Advanced skills in architectural paradigms such as Object-Oriented, Functional, or Event-Driven development.
- Proven ability to design solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to policies, standards, and best practices.
Data & Technical Skills:
- Database and data modeling experience with a strong understanding of relational database concepts.
- Experienced in manipulating large datasets across heterogeneous systems and with data integration technologies and solutions.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and other API standards.
- Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ) and their integration with Boomi/OIC.
Process & Collaboration:
- Experience with Agile software development processes, including participating in sprints, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
- Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and one or more Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools.
- Experience working with multiple, large enterprise platforms and a diverse technology environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, communication, planning, problem-solving, troubleshooting, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Strong influencing, coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Deep analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, enabling the identification and resolution of complex technical integration challenges.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, actively contributing to identifying business requirements and assessing technical feasibility.
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging integration technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Btech/BE/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical role in Information Technology.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Solutions/Integrations Architect.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi (AtomSphere, API Management, Boomi Flow).
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Dell Boomi Professional/Architect Certification preferred.
- Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist Certification preferred.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP/HCM, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar.
- Experience in supporting or implementing large-scale enterprise integration programs is a strong plus.
