F5 is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to join the Global Sales & Operational Excellence (GSOE) organization supporting our global sales teams. This role plays a key part in enabling operational excellence, translating commercial strategy into scalable processes, and driving programs that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the global sales organization.
This leader will bring deep sales operations expertise to help define strategic business requirements, align commercial priorities across systems and processes, and scale operational capabilities globally. The role focuses on improving how sales operates through automation, optimized workflows, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Services, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and drive adoption of new processes and programs across the global organization.
What You’ll Do
Lead and optimize operational programs and processes that support the global sales organization
Define strategic business requirements that align broader commercial and corporate priorities across systems, tools, and buying programs
Translate business strategy into scalable operational frameworks, workflows, and execution plans
Drive automation and process optimization to improve operational efficiency and scale
Establish data-driven decision frameworks including reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
Develop and manage global operational programs ensuring consistency and scalability across regions
Partner with sales leadership to support strategic planning and operational execution
Drive adoption of new processes and operational improvements across global sales teams
Ensure strong alignment across Sales, Commercial Models, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Services, and Finance
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership through data analysis and executive reporting
How You’ll Do It
Build structured operating rhythms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
Coordinate cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives across global teams
Use analytics and operational insights to guide business decisions
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve scalability
Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams and regions to ensure alignment and adoption
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, program management, or strategy roles
Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations in complex global environments
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and operational metrics
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and process improvements
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and communicating with executive leadership
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
Experience working in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology organizations
Nice to Have
Experience supporting global go-to-market organizations
Familiarity with Salesforce, BI tools, and sales analytics platforms
Experience leading or mentoring operational teams

The annual base pay for this position is: $151,200.00 - $226,800.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
