Responsibilites

1.Applies extensive expertise and understanding of consulting methods to lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of complex technology solutions using F5 products.

2. Provides strategic guidance and subject matter expertise to customers about problem identification, systems architecture definition, solution design, customization, implementation, testing, client training, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation.

3. Exercises broader judgment in selecting proper methods and adapts complex techniques for providing technical solutions and advisory services. Determines appropriate procedures for new assignments. Acts as a key contributor in fostering a positive relationship between customers and F5 through effective communication and successful delivery of the solutions.

4. Collaborates with Professional Services consulting leaders to define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for Professional Services engagements for the organization by providing subject matter expertise, insights, and thought leadership on industry trends and best practices.

5. Mentors and develops junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
