We are seeking a senior, market-proven leader to serve as Country Manager for F5 Mexico. This role is responsible for leading F5’s overall go-to-market strategy, commercial performance, and ecosystem development in one of our most strategic markets in Latin America.

The Country Manager will drive business growth, rebuild momentum, strengthen customer and partner engagement, and lead a high-performance culture across sales, engineering, channels, and marketing. This is both a growth and transformation role, requiring strong execution, leadership presence, and the ability to align teams around a clear strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Growth

  • Own the Mexico annual operating plan.

  • Drive consistent revenue growth, pipeline development, and forecast discipline.

  • Lead strategic account engagement at the C-level across enterprise, service providers, and key public/private sector customers.

Market Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute the Mexico go-to-market strategy aligned with regional priorities.

  • Position F5 as a strategic partner in application & API security, multicloud & AI.

  • Identify whitespace opportunities and accelerate adoption of software and security solutions.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team of sales, with tight collaboration with solution engineering, channels, and marketing professionals.

  • Build a high-performance, people-first culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and coaching.

  • Foster alignment across functions to drive execution excellence and customer outcomes.

Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Strengthen executive relationships with top customers and strategic partners.

  • Re-energize and expand the partner ecosystem, ensuring joint accountability for pipeline and growth.

  • Represent F5 as a visible leader in the local market and industry forums.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and disciplined execution rhythms.

  • Partner closely with regional leadership across engineering, channels, services, and marketing.

  • Ensure business continuity, customer satisfaction, and strong employee engagement.

Profile & Experience

Required Experience

  • Senior leadership experience as Country Manager, Sales Director, or equivalent in Mexico.

  • Proven track record leading enterprise technology sales organizations (software, cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure).

  • Demonstrated success in turnaround, stabilization, or growth transformation environments.

  • Strong experience working with partner ecosystems and indirect models.

  • Deep knowledge of the Mexico enterprise and service provider market landscape.
