F5 is seeking a visionary Transformation Lead, Employee Experience to join our EX team. This high-impact role is central to defining, planning, and executing strategic, cross-functional programs that fundamentally transform and elevate the F5 employee digital experience. You will serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders (People, Finance, Legal) and engineering teams, driving complex, multi-system initiatives focused on modernization, automation, and platform consolidation across our core employee systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of the most complex and high-priority EX programs, ensuring alignment with the overall EX pillar strategy and key business outcomes for People, Finance, and Legal.

  • Vision & Roadmap Execution: Define the strategic roadmap for platform modernization and consolidation (e.g., consolidating disparate tools onto core platforms like ServiceNow or Workday Extend). Translate this vision into detailed, executable program plans, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Manage dependencies and drive alignment across multiple engineering teams (Full Stack, Workday Integrations, Platform Services), functional leaders, and business partners. Act as the primary escalation point for program risks and roadblocks.

  • Program Governance & Reporting: Establish and enforce rigorous program governance, including regular steering committee updates, KPI tracking, budget management, and transparent communication of progress, risks, and changes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Program Design & Scoping: Partner with Product Managers and Architecture teams to define the scope, objectives, success metrics, and high-level technical approach for major EX transformation initiatives, ensuring the proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and align with engineering standards.

  • Program Program Management: Implement and champion Agile and Program Management best practices across EX initiatives, driving continuous improvement in delivery speed, quality, and predictability.

  • Change Management Advocacy: Work closely with change management and internal communications teams to ensure successful adoption of new EX platforms and services by the global employee base.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in managing complex, global technology programs, with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), or core IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation.

  • 5+ years of direct experience managing programs related to Employee Experience (EX) or digital workplace initiatives.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading multi-disciplinary projects involving major enterprise platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, or Salesforce.

  • Expertise in formal program management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PgMP) and proven ability to apply Agile principles in a large-scale enterprise environment.

  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical executive audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets, forecast resource needs, and manage vendor/consulting partner relationships effectively.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into a comprehensive, phased program plan and measure success through business impact.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
