Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Sales Enablement Partner to serve as the connective tissue between senior sales leadership, Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE), Product, and Product Marketing (PMM). This role is accountable for driving leadership alignment, coordinating go-to-market (GTM) enablement, and ensuring enablement programs land with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact across the field.

In this highly collaborative role, you will lead senior leader engagement, partner with field champions to drive enablement adoption, and orchestrate the end-to-end execution of enablement initiatives from planning and scheduling through communications and success measurement. You will maintain a cohesive learner journey by coordinating live events, on-demand learning, and learning track releases, ensuring programs are well-timed, well-communicated, and supported by leaders.

This role is ideal for an enablement leader who excels in alignment, coordination, and execution at scale, and who brings structure, rhythm, and clarity to complex, cross-functional enablement motions.

What will you be doing?

Go-to-Market Enablement Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between WWFE, Product, PMM, and Partner teams for LMF and emerging GTM initiatives.
  • Coordinate planning, timelines, and dependencies to ensure readiness and consistency across audiences.
  • Ensure enablement programs are sequenced and delivered in alignment with GTM priorities.

Learner Journey & Program Orchestration

  • Maintain and manage the enablement calendar, coordinating live sessions, on-demand content, and learning track drops.
  • Ensure a cohesive, continuous learning experience for sellers and partners.

Communications & Change Readiness

  • Coordinate WWFE communications, including program announcements, learner invitations, leader awareness, and leader-led launches.
  • Develop clear, consistent messaging that reinforces program value and expectations.
  • Ensure leaders are equipped with the context and tools needed to support enablement initiatives.

Metrics & Program Effectiveness

  • Implement consistent program success metrics to track adoption, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve execution and impact.
  • Provide clear, actionable readouts to leadership on program performance and opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6–8 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, GTM coordination, or related roles
  • Proven experience working directly with senior sales leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Strong GTM planning, coordination, and execution experience
  • Ability to manage complex schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience implementing and tracking enablement success metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong project and program management capabilities
  • Comfort operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
  • Experience with enablement platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft tools) preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment
