F5 is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join our Employee Experience (EX) team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development and maintenance of our core employee-facing platforms and services catered to Finance, Legal and People functions. You will work across the full technology stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and integrations, with a focus on delivering a world-class digital workplace for our employees. This role is instrumental in enhancing our employee experience through innovation, reliability, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy features for employee-facing platforms, spanning front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue), back-end services (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java), and database technologies.
- Business Systems Engineering: Develop and maintain applications, integrations, and configurations within the Business Systems like - Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow to support key EX processes (e.g., People, Finance Legal and Digital).
- Integration Services: Build and maintain robust, scalable integrations between enterprise applications using platforms like Boomi or Workato, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Engineering Excellence: Champion and implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and performance optimization.
- Automation and AI: Collaborate on the implementation of automation workflows and AI/ML capabilities like AI Agents to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivered solutions.
- Operational Support: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including troubleshooting production issues, providing operational support, and ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of EX platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-stack software development for enterprise-level applications.
- Help by demonstrating Technical leadership in day to day work and critical projects to the development team.
- Proven expertise in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and one back-end language/runtime (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Strong experience with the Integrating Enterprise systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, including development of custom applications, integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP), and scripting modules.
- Experience with enterprise integration technologies and platforms (Boomi, Workato preferred).
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and API development principles (RESTful services).
- Experience with DevOps practices, tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Terraform), and cloud environments (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with implementing automation and AI/ML features within business systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
