About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and deliver high impact hiring across Sales, Technology, and Leadership roles in Japan. This role is a strategic individual contributor who partners closely with senior business leaders and HR to hire critical talent that drives business growth and transformation.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting in Japan, strong functional expertise across commercial and technical roles, and the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Technology, and Leadership roles in Japan
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders as a trusted recruitment advisor
- Define hiring strategies, role requirements, and success criteria through structured intake meetings
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
- Deliver high-quality candidate assessment and an excellent candidate experience
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring risks
- Manage executive and senior-level hiring, including confidential searches
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
- Collaborate with HR and global TA teams on hiring initiatives and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search
- Proven experience recruiting Sales, Technology, and/or Leadership roles
- Strong hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting in Japan
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence senior leaders
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience using ATS and modern recruiting tools
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
