About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Recruiter on a contract basis to lead full-cycle recruitment for key positions across our organization. You'll partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and help us attract top talent in competitive markets.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across multiple departments
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and other channels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic guidance on market trends and compensation
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit
- Negotiate offers and create exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process
- Improve recruiting processes and mentor junior team members
- Maintain ATS documentation and provide regular pipeline updates
What You Bring
- 6-10 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring diverse talent across multiple functions
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics and continuous improvement
