F5 Networks is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic and talented Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting highly technical talent for critical positions within the organization, with a particular focus on Director-level and above roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to significantly impact our company's growth and success by attracting top-notch professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

- Source, identify, and engage with highly qualified candidates for senior-level technical positions, including Directors and above.

- Build and maintain a strong network within the technology industry to proactively identify and attract passive candidates.

- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.

- Negotiate job offers and close candidates while ensuring alignment with company compensation guidelines.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

- Provide input and support for continuous improvement of the recruitment process and employer branding efforts.

- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting F5 Networks as an employer of choice in the highly competitive technology sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in Director-level and above positions.

- Deep understanding of technical roles, including software development, engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.

- Excellent sourcing skills and a network of contacts within the technology industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

- Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.

- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The annual base pay for this position is: $121,084.00 - $181,626.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
