Job Duties: Lead and manage F5’s managed services team comprising of highly skilled consultants (Solutions Architect) providing professional technical training and oversight to the team. Review client-specific business and technical project parameters to define and implement a successful solution for the integration of the F5 Enterprise Security Service. Deliver the key technical components of F5 Enterprise Defense Solutions--including top-down website analysis, creating policy configurations, comprehensive testing, debugging, and live support once operational. Conduct analysis into the expected levels of customer web traffic respectively and mitigate potential security issues using the F5 Protection Manager. Advise clients on mitigation strategies for unauthorized web traffic and configure the client's F5 Enterprise Defense with the same recommendations. Assist F5's field teams by debugging complex technical issues across F5's expansive product line. Deliver timely and qualitative technical solutions, communicating effectively to both technical and business audiences in partnership with F5's Technical Account Managers and Sales Engineers. Telecommuting is an option. Travel to F5 offices is required 10% of the time.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) TCP/IP; (2) HTTP; (3) HTML; (4) Javascript; (5) CSS; (6) Content Delivery Networks; (7) Unix; (8) Jira. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Travel to F5 offices is required 10% of the time.

Salary: $194,792.00 - $242,047.00 per annum.
