Position Summary: The Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and administration of our global compensation programs. This role will focus on job architecture, marketing pricing, survey submissions, developing reporting and analytics dashboards, and improving processes and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Job Architecture and Governance: Own the governance of job architecture, ensuring consistency and alignment with market job structure and organizational goals. Develop and maintain job descriptions, job families, and partners with HRBPs/Comp Business partners as needed to develop career paths.
- Marketing Pricing: Conduct market pricing analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages. Collaborate with the marketing team to align compensation strategies with market trends.
- Survey Submissions: Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive market data. Ensure timely and accurate submission of survey data. Partner with internal client groups (i.e. benefits, sales comp operations, etc. to ensure solid data submissions.
- Reporting and Analytics Dashboards: Develop compensation reporting and analytics dashboards and maintain a cadence for distribution to key stakeholders. Lead efforts to driving data driven decision-making by provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes and implement automation solutions. Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Data story-telling: Strong ability to leverage data and produce executive summaries that support compensation program design, influencing senior leadership on design changes or investment needs, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheets, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with compensation survey tools and market pricing software (e.g., Payfactors, Workday) is required.

The annual base pay for this position is: $125,353.00 - $188,029.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
