We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a role in implementing our internal data products, from specification through to deployment and continuous improvement. This individual will practice strong communication with team members and stakeholders, ensuring that data insights are effectively translated into actionable decisions. By leveraging cutting-edge tools like Snowflake for data warehousing and Tableau for data visualization, the Data Analyst II will develop intuitive dashboard UIs, facilitating a seamless data-driven decision-making process across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the data team and internal stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights. Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and adjust project priorities based on evolving business needs.
Project Collaboration and Tracking: Collaborate with team members to manage data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Apply best practices in project management to coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks.
Lifecycle Support for Internal Data Products: Participate in all aspects of the process of internal data product development, including requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Implement agile methodologies to continuously refine and enhance data products based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Dashboard UI Development Expertise: Design and develop compelling, user-friendly dashboard interfaces using Tableau, optimizing the visualization of complex datasets for diverse user groups. Employ a keen eye for design and usability to ensure that dashboards facilitate quick insights and foster data-driven decision-making.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Snowflake for efficient data storage and management. Utilize advanced features of Tableau for data visualization, creating interactive reports and dashboards that meet the specific needs of the business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of managing data projects and designing data products.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of Snowflake and Tableau, including SQL and visualization techniques.
A portfolio of dashboard examples demonstrating and understanding development principles for data visualization.

The annual base pay for this position is: $75,145.00 - $112,717.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
