Position Summary

This position is an integral part of the APCJ Digital Sales team. This role will work closely with the APCJ Digital Sales leader providing insights and recommendations to drive DTAM & BDR business success. The Sales Operations Partner II will play an essential role in translating F5’s digital strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to help deliver business impact at scale. The successful candidate will possess a problem-solving mentality, analytical acumen, and hands-on execution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as primary Sales Operations business partner to Digital Sales Leadership in managing a high-performance sales organization
  • Drive the execution of the global digital sales strategy, ensuring effective and consistent implementation in line with established guidelines.
  • Implement and oversee programs to track key sales objectives
  • Partner with Digital Sales Leadership and Marketing to develop and implement a unified GTM strategy aligned with company priorities
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting, performance monitoring, and high-quality data
  • Implement and manage enablement for Digital Sales account managers and BDRs. This includes sales process, tools and data, and best practice sharing
  • Act as key stakeholder for collecting team feedback to assist in development of best practices and continuous improvement to define BDR and DTAM success and elevate efficiencies
  • Provide data and insights to assist in territory planning and sales coverage processes to ensure the sales territories and compensation are set up effectively

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experienced in business and data analysis skills including building reports, knowledgeable spreadsheets in excel, and databases to measure business performance
  • Experience using Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Navigator, or other sales productivity tools
  • Experienced in ability to draw concise, well supported recommendations based on detailed analysis of the given issue
  • Perform written, verbal and quantitative skills
  • Strong ability to work under time constraints and meet timelines
  • General understanding of quota and compensation plan designs, tracking, and payments
  • Experienced in all MS Office

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
  • A minimum of 3 years validated experience within sales operations or comparative field, and/or financial analysis experience supporting a sales organization.
