We are seeking a talented executive visual designer to create visually compelling and impactful presentations for high-stakes executive meetings, board sessions, company-wide communications, and external customer engagements. This role will work closely with executive leadership, translating complex ideas and technical content into polished, visually engaging slides that effectively communicate business strategies, data insights, and key messaging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, experience in crafting presentations for C-level executives, and the ability to simplify complex information into digestible, creative visual formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation Design: Develop visually stunning slides and templates for executive presentations, ensuring a balance between aesthetic design and clarity of messaging. Content will range from company-wide announcements to detailed technical and business updates for external customers or board meetings.
  • Content Simplification: Work closely with executives and cross-functional teams to translate complex data, technical content, and business strategies into visually clear and concise slides.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and apply company brand guidelines across all presentations, ensuring a consistent visual identity.
  • Data Visualization: Create engaging data visualizations, charts, and graphs that make complex information accessible and persuasive.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and communications teams to understand business objectives and tailor visuals accordingly.
  • Iterative Design Process: Adapt designs based on feedback from executive teams and stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Technical Integration: Incorporate multimedia elements (e.g., animations, videos) where appropriate to enhance storytelling and engagement.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Solid understanding of data visualization principles.
  • Ability to distill complex, technical, or strategic concepts into clear, concise visual formats.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders and teams.
  • Knowledge of animation, video editing, and interactive elements is a plus.
  • Creativity with a strategic mindset—able to align design with the business message.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, often juggling multiple projects with tight timelines.
  • Proactive problem-solver, open to feedback and revisions, with a focus on delivering exceptional work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience designing high-level executive presentations (portfolio required).
  • Expertise in Power Point and other design tools.
  • Mid-level career role with 5 years of related experience.

The annual base pay for this position is: $99,040.00 - $148,560.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
