About Us:

We are a small but mighty and collaborative team dedicated to attracting and hiring top talent for F5's early career initiatives. As part of our Global Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering quality talent and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process and through the early career program experience. This newly created blended role will manage and deliver both the hiring and programs for India Innovation Early Careers, which currently include Intern and Apprentice hires. This role is part of a global team with global policies and frameworks as well as an in region point of contact and lead for our early careers hiring.

Job Summary:

As a Recruiter for our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for F5’s early career programs. Your role will include defining the sourcing strategies, building impactful campus relationships, attracting, engaging, and hiring a diverse and talented pool of interns, with an emphasis on engineering roles. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to support F5’s commitment to inclusive hiring practices and provide a positive candidate experience. Once our talented early career hires are identified, you will support their onboarding journeys and program manage their experience at F5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Program manage and deliver the entire hiring process from requisition to offer acceptance, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management across our Intern and Apprentice programs.
  • Campus Hiring: Identify target Universities and build effective relationships to raise F5’s brand awareness, achieve recruiting objectives, focusing on engaging and attracting top university talent, especially for engineering roles.
  • Apprentice Hiring: Ensure F5 fulfills its requirements for Apprentice hiring, including internal collaboration on allocation of apprentice opportunities and the supporting sourcing strategies and activities to attract quality apprentice hires.
  • Hiring Events: Plan and organize initiatives and events that aid our branding and recruiting efforts, including coordinating F5’s representation and attendance.
  • Inclusive Hiring: Actively engage in sourcing and attracting diverse candidates, ensuring an inclusive hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, hiring managers and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with F5’s diversity and inclusion goals. Ensure global alignment and consistency of early careers experiences and programs.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on recruitment and program metrics, providing analysis to refine future recruitment and program strategies.
  • Intern Onboarding & Conversion: Support the onboarding process for interns and coordinate the conversion process, maintaining engagement throughout and until their return as full-time F5ers.
  • Program Management: Oversee and deliver Intern program, coordinating onboarding, events and reviews to ensure participants have a positive experience. Collaborating with key internal stakeholders, briefing and partnering with managers and mentors, and act as point of contact for our early career hires. Support F5 Innovation HR on delivering the Apprentice program.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine and develop new initiatives for F5 India Innovation’s early career hiring and programs, positioning F5 as an employer of choice for emerging talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Specific experience in University/early careers hiring within the tech sector, with a focus on engineering roles.
  • Proven experience program managing high-volume university hiring processes at scale and delivering impactful results, including sourcing strategies to attract talent and enhance branding.
  • Program management skills and experience in a related field with support of Intern or similar TA/Talent Development programs preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in building partnerships with campus contacts, delivering and presenting campus hiring events along with driving employer brand awareness through events, social media and other initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience through inclusive hiring practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to managing candidate data aligned to compliance with privacy requirements.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience in Workday preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A collaborator and successful partnerships with stakeholders and colleagues both locally and in other locations.
