We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our global HR team. This role will partner closely with our Director, Business Operations and Chief People Officer to drive the HR and People Strategy to help transform F5 to be a SaaS-led company and successful in AI. This position is a great fit for someone who is hungry to learn, to build relationships, and has a passion for driving execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clear and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that simplify complex data and information for various purposes including meetings, projects, executive briefings and external events.

  • Collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders to thoroughly understand presentation and meeting requirements and objectives.

  • Research external benchmarks and best practices to enhance presentations and business cases, while gathering and interpreting internal data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Articulate findings clearly and concisely to facilitate informed decision-making within the HR team and across the organization.

  • Manage meetings and business rhythm by maintaining workback plans and proactively communicating with key stakeholders.

  • Provide support for various global HR initiatives and projects, as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience engaging business stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures in a trustworthy and thoughtful manner.

  • Experience in critically reviewing analysis and adding value to project deliverables such as process maps, use cases, customer journeys, and requirements documents.

  • Experience in crafting content (e.g., presentations, business cases) for senior business stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate an ability to identify risks, hand-offs, bottlenecks and opportunities in business processes.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Demonstrated related experience (5+ years) ideally within a corporate setting.

  • Highly analytical and detail oriented.

  • Be self-driven and show the ability to move quickly on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.

  • Proven ability to look at solutions in unconventional ways, including the ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces.

  • Advanced ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required.

  • Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $102,099.00 - $153,149.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
