The objective of the Digital. Channel Account Manager position is to be responsible for supporting all Channel Sales aspects of the company's business with our distribution partners. The primary focus is on Channel sales enablement to and through our distributors.

F5 is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Digital Channel Account Manager. The goal of the JDAM is to work with our distributor & partners to become more prepared and better equipped to position and transact F5. The JDAM activities will center on relationship management to achieve measurable results such as increased revenue, market share, and penetration within each partner sales team with our distributors.

What You Will Do:

  • Help to onboard new partners
  • Report on sales activities, sales trends, programs, and revenue progress
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client contacts and account manager
  • Align partner Account Managers with F5 Sales and regional channel teams
  • Focus on specific sales teams at our distributors to help drive revenue and awareness
  • Facilitator for communication between partners and F5 (including distribution & partner sales training)
  • Help execute partner business and marketing plan: to be reviewed and updated with the distributor and Distribution Account Managers
  • Educated distribution sales teams on programs, promotions, product pricing, and sales campaigns

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of tech sales experience preferably with distribution and/or channel partners in the computer networking & security space.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies.
  • Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
  • Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level.
  • Provide accurate forecasting to Reporting Manager regularly (
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team Success Factors.
  • Direct interaction with the customers, partners, marketing, peers, and F5's corporate team will comprise a portion of this assignment.

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $54,341.00 - $81,511.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
