お客様環境、設定、使用状況を把握し、迅速なトラブルシューティングと円滑な運用を実現し、お客様のビジネス成長への貢献
F5のサービスの可用性、拡張性、パフォーマンスを高めるためのツールやプロセスの開発
プラットフォームのサービスコンポーネントの構築、展開、処理に関するインフラストラクチャソリューションの設計と提供
サービス、プラットフォームのセキュリティ脆弱性の定期的な修正
可用性やアラートの監視、本番環境の管理、本番環境で発生した問題修復
様々なオープンソースおよびテクノロジー、コンポーネント、ライブラリ、ツール等を調査し、可用性及び拡張性の高い、管理しやすいシステムの構築支援
開発チームと連携した継続的なサービス改善オンコールローテーションへの参加

応募要件:

読み書き口語での英語及び日本語の優れたコミュニケーション能力
SRE開発者/運用エンジニアとしての4年以上の経験
Kubernetesに関する理解と実践的な経験
Golangの証明可能な習熟度(Pythonも可)
DevOpsツールに関する技術的知識
いずれかのクラウドプラットフォーム(AWS、Azure、GCP)の経験
Linuxの深い知識と経験。システム管理者としての経験望ましい
ネットワーク、DNS、セキュリティ、仮想化、コンテナに関する実践的な経験
コンピュータサイエンスの学位または同等の学位
複雑な技術的問題を管理する際の優先順位付けとマルチタスクの能力
