Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Account Manager LATAM in our esteemed Global Services division, your role is vital to expanding our Renewal Services Booking and Revenue streams. You will work collaboratively with strategic Channel and Distribution partners within an assigned geographical region. You will engage with customers online and face-to-face, cultivating profitable relationships with business partners and end-users.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Building and Sustaining Relationships: Construct and maintain durable, mutually beneficial relationships with key Distributors, Partners, and End Users.

  • Multi-Format Engagement: Adapt to customer needs by engaging online and face-to-face meetings to drive renewals.

  • Owning Renewal Opportunities: Claim full control of renewal opportunities within your assigned account territory, from identification through to successful closure.

  • Account Upkeep: Maintain accurate CRM records and execute additional account management tasks as required.

  • Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed set sales goals through effective account management and renewal processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Outlook and Excel.

  • Familiarity with additional systems such as Oracle and SalesForce is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience in quota-bearing sales roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as well as meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proven experience selling services or collaborating with large enterprise account customers and Channel Partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle a significant amount of detail while maintaining consistently accurate output
  • Required to have exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, complemented by advanced proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.
