Position Summary
This position will support all reporting aspects of the WorldWide sales team's business operations. Position will involve a large amount of spreadsheet, SQL, Tableau and Salesforce automation report development & analysis.
This position will work closely with corporate sales operations and senior sales management. The focus of this position will be performing analytical functions to ensure quality, consistency and efficiency in sales reporting and sales forecasting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive the weekly and quarterly sales forecasting process thru providing support of the Forecast Management Tool within Salesforce.com
- Work directly with Theatre Sales VP’s and Finance to ensure forecasting is in line with business plan
- Develop management level reports that provide benchmarking and progress against key sales goals that are consistent with corporate definitions and measurement across sales Theatres
- Develop headcount tracking reports in order to measure sales productivity and provide assistance to sales management in resource allocation decisions
- Continually evaluate develop and implement new, meaningful methods for data analysis to inform the sales organization about its own performance
- Partner with Finance to ensure consistency and transparency with the key performance metrics for sales reporting
- Identify and implement process and reporting improvement opportunities in order to provide sales management with more relevant and timely reporting of sales metrics
- Maintain existing sales management reports and dashboards that pertain to key sales metrics
- Perform ad hoc analytical projects as identified by senior sales and sales operations management
- Identifies process improvements to support business operations
- Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Intermediate Excel Spreadsheet skills
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work well with others in fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to accurately manipulate and move data to and from a variety of sources across multiple platforms; ability to query, sort, merge, combine, and summarize
- Ability to draw concise, well supported recommendations based on detailed analysis of the given issue
- Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
- Highly capable of working under time constraints and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong interest in identifying process improvement opportunities that support the key business operations
- Intermediate PS skills in all MS Office
- Intermediate Experience with CRM systems required
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles a plus
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment, with minimal supervision
- Intermediate Tableau
- Intermediate SQL
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required
- 3 or more years of related experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table
- Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)
- Job may be performed in an office environment sitting at a desk or computer table.
- Quarter end flexibility required to allow for occasional extra hours.
- Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, approximately 10% of the time spent traveling.
