Job Description

As we continue to grow, we seek a skilled Project Coordinator to manage and optimize our usage of the Highspot platform, enhancing our content strategy and sales enablement efforts. They will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Highspot platform, driving training activities, defining policies, enforcing governance, analyzing metrics, and reporting on its effectiveness. An ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses project management skills, can make data-driven decisions, can work with diverse groups of people from various departments and levels, drives continuous progress and improvements, and adds exceptional business value.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated Highspot-related project timelines, schedules, and communication plans.

  • Oversee the daily operations, such as managing marketing user access and permissions and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Work with various marketing and sales enablement teams to ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and organized.

  • Plan for and support the rollout of key marketing and sales initiatives through Highspot.

  • Regularly analyze Highspot data to derive insights into content performance, user engagement, and sales effectiveness. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

  • Implement governance protocols, ensuring content aligns with branding, messaging, and compliance standards. Regularly audit content for accuracy.

  • Function as a liaison between Marketing, Sales enablement, and IT teams, understanding their needs and ensuring Highspot aligns with broader organizational goals.

  • Provide comprehensive training sessions for content publishers, offering guidance on Highspot's features, best practices, and content management.

  • Offer responsive support for user inquiries and challenges.

  • Strive for the continuous improvement of procedures, tools, and metrics tied to the business outcomes of for Highspot team.

  • Stay updated with Highspot's latest features and capabilities. Identify opportunities to optimize our Marketing effectiveness, processes and enhance user experience.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Acute understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent active listening skills.

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in [Relevant Field] or related discipline.

  • Proficiency in Highspot or similar sales enablement platforms.

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or sales/marketing operations.

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $71,794.80 - $107,692.20

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
